Drawing on my experience as a student teacher supervisor, I have developed a document entitled T-TESS in the Instrumental Classroom: A Guide to Distinguished Teaching for Band and Orchestra Directors. Using this guide, I provide professional development workshops for Band and Orchestra Directors that have produced great results.

I draw on several years of experience and a Director of Bands and as a Student Teacher Supervisor for the band programs of Tarleton State University and the University of North Texas.
